Security: Steps on how to manage your password.

To update your current password within the Platnova app, follow these steps:

  1. Launch the mobile application.
  2. Select the SETTINGS option represented by an icon resembling a screw located at the bottom corner.
  3. Scroll down and choose the SECURITY option.
  4. Click on PASSWORD and proceed with the prompts to establish your new password.
