Platnova allows you to generate account details for different currencies so you can receive payments directly into your wallet.
Follow the steps below to generate your account details.
To generate your Naira account details:
Log in to your Platnova account.
Select your Naira wallet.
Click on the Deposit icon.
Select Change Payment Option.
Choose Bank Transfer.
You will be prompted to provide your BVN details for verification.
Once your BVN details have been successfully verified, your Naira account details will be displayed.
You can then share your Naira account details with anyone who needs to send you a payment.
The same process applies when generating account details for your USD, GBP, and EUR wallets:
Log in to your Platnova account.
Select your preferred currency wallet.
Click on the Deposit icon.
Select Change Payment Option.
Choose Bank Transfer.
Follow the prompts to provide the required verification information.
You will be asked to provide a proof of address instead of BVN.
Once your information has been successfully verified, your account details will be displayed.
Naira account: BVN verification is required.
USD, GBP, and EUR accounts: Proof of address is required instead of BVN.
